So many women and children tell me: “You’re beautiful!”, “You’re so confident!”, “What a lovely lady you are!”
I always find myself thinking… We are all beautiful, and every one of us deserves to feel confident in her own skin.
Over the years, I’ve observed women and human relationships, and I’ve come to realise that one of the key factors influencing a woman’s self-confidence is the way she feels about her appearance.
Caught up in the endless rush of everyday life, we often forget about ourselves. We stop taking care of our own needs and appearance. Then, when a moment of awakening finally comes (often triggered by a major life change or a real wake-up call), we long to feel beautiful again. We want to rediscover ourselves, regain our confidence and find the courage to step back out into the world.
Make-up, hair, perfume, lingerie, clothes — they may seem like little, everyday things, but they can mean so much to each and every one of us.
Taking care of ourselves means looking after both our mental and physical well-being. Nurturing both our souls and our bodies.
I’ve always believed in taking a holistic approach to life. That’s why I’m constantly looking for healthy, quick and easy solutions — ways to make everyday self-care simple, effortless and accessible to every woman.
A little about me😉
I’m spontaneous, unpredictable, a little crazy, and I believe in magic!
I’m 42, a mom, a dog lover, passionate about dancing, the finest quality sweets, travelling, and I have an enormous appetite for life!🌎
I also absolutely love my sofa, my own company and long walks. I feel equally at home in the mountains and by the sea.
My most common outfit? Tracksuit and SPF!🌞
Just like everyone else, I have my ups and downs, my highs and lows, both emotionally and energetically.
I spend a lot of time meditating, reflecting, enjoying my own company and embracing silence. But when I suddenly crave some company — LOTS of people — I can transform within an hour, as if by magic, from a laid-back, home-loving introvert into the ultimate Queen of Life, with a little help from my Fairy Godmother!👑
I absolutely love the strength, potential and versatility of women. I truly believe that at every stage of life, anything is possible. Anything can happen. That’s why I choose to live by my own rules and on my own terms, feeling grateful for everything life brings my way.✨✨✨
